REPOTMSTAT3報告基因是吉滿生物自主研發的用于檢測STAT3轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。STAT3（signal transducers and activators of transduction-3）報告基因與多種惡性腫瘤的發生、發展和侵襲轉移關系密切。

詳細介紹

REPO^TMSTAT3報告基因主要用于監控細胞內的STAT3轉錄活性、腫瘤治療藥物的研發以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMSTAT3-Lu是吉滿生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個STAT3結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測STAT3的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小，使得STAT3報告基因更易于轉染。

pGMSTAT3-Lu可以采用常規轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
