GAM 半固體培養基的特異性
顯色培養基特異性檢驗結果如表1。HKListeria、CHROMagar Listeia具有較好的特異性，單增李斯特菌呈現藍色帶白色暈環的菌落，威爾和英諾克李斯特菌呈現藍色無暈環菌落；金黃色葡萄球菌和蠟樣芽孢桿菌在CHROMagar Listeia上略有生長，呈現綠色無暈環菌落，菌落形態與單增李斯特菌也有明顯區別；在上述兩種顯色培養基上大腸桿菌和沙門菌等革蘭陰性菌均被抑制。與顯色培養基相比，OXA、MMA特異性較差，不能特異區分單增李斯特菌。
