全自動石油產品傾點試驗儀(單杯)

APP-K1型全自動石油產品傾點試驗儀(單杯/氣壓檢測法)系本公司開發出來的高科技產品。儀器具有操作簡單、重復性好等特點。由于使用了內藏式半導體制冷器,使整個儀器結構合理緊湊。大型液晶觸摸式顯示屏具有多彩的顯示界面可直接點擊操作,能動態清晰地顯示出試驗狀態和測試數據,整個試驗過程達到了全自動化。每次試驗的采樣量僅為5ml,通過目前*的氣壓檢測方法可以快速有效的檢測傾點,方便簡單且測試精度高,提高試驗效率。
本試驗儀適用于 ASTM D6749《ASTM D6749 - 02(2007) Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products (Automatic Air Pressure Method)石油產品傾點的標準測試方法(自動氣壓法)》
等效于ASTM D97《ASTM D97 - 09 Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products石油的傾點的試驗方法》標準及GB/T 3535《石油產品傾點測定法》標準。
特點
(1)所有的設定及試驗操作均可在控制面板上進行;
(2)大型液晶觸摸式顯示屏及windows中文界面使設定、操作更為方便;
(3)試驗過程中的控溫狀態、降溫曲線及檢測次數等可通過顯示屏實時顯示;
(4)高穩定制冷系統保證了試驗所需制冷效果;
(5)只需連接打印機即可得到詳細的測試數據;
(6)采用高靈敏度光纖檢測裝置,能正確地測出實時傾點;
(7)具有自動檢測試樣著火及滅火功能;
(8)具有自動故障檢測及報警功能;
(9)本試驗儀配有將數據輸入微機的標準輸出口(RS-232C),有利于實驗室網絡化品質管理。
(10)本試驗儀具有通過信息化操控處理異地維修操作控制功能,省時省力獨樹一幟。
