氧化安定性試驗儀
OS-F6 / OS-F6+
OS-F6氧化安定性試驗儀是按照SH/T 0175《餾分燃料油氧化安定性測定法(加速法)》、ASTM D2274《Standard Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Distillate Fuel Oil (Accelerated Method)餾出燃料油的氧化穩定性試驗(加速法)》和ISO 12205。同時也對應 GB/T 12581《加抑制劑礦物油的氧化特性測定法》、ASTM D943《Standard Test Method for Oxidation Characteristics of Inhibited Mineral Oils抗氧化劑礦物油氧化性能的測定方法》的技術要求制造的石油產品測試儀器。

結構及特點
1.本試驗儀主要由恒溫槽、暗箱和電氣控制箱三大部分組成。全部箱體均采用進口不銹鋼作材料。
2.一機多用:本試驗儀設置了供氧化管冷卻的暗箱,恒溫槽的后方又有照明裝置,前方有可開閉的觀察窗,因此它既可滿足礦物油GB/T 12581的試驗要求,亦可滿足餾分燃料油SH/T 0175的試驗要求,還可以作為運動粘度等測試的恒溫槽使用。
3.恒溫槽水位自動控制:本試驗儀設有水位自動控制裝置。當水位低于該裝置規定的液面時,補給水會自動流入恒溫槽;當水位高于該裝置規定的液面時,補給水會從溢流管排入下水道。
4.*的加熱、攪拌裝置:加熱管設置在攪拌筒內,循環水流在筒內先經充分換熱再同恒溫槽內的介質混合,以及攪拌器強迫恒溫槽內的介質進行上下循環和橫向攪拌,故進一步保證了恒溫槽的溫度精度。
5.準確、穩定的流量控制:氧化安定性試驗儀的試驗周期長短不一,長的可達幾千個小時,不但有晝夜的變化,還有季節的變化,因此流量的穩定性是該試驗方法的困難所在。由本公司專門設計的穩流裝置和微型針閥保證了在初始壓力或環境溫度變化的條件下氧氣流量的穩定性。而專門設計的流量計縮小了量值范圍,從而提高了它的顯示精度。
6.微機控制具有:
a)精確的溫度控制;溫度波動度和溫度均勻性可達±0.1℃。
b)三斷(即斷電、斷水、斷氣)自動停機保護功能,當“三斷"現象消除后又能自動恢復試驗。
c)自我診斷功能:
•傳感器開路或短路報警;
•加熱器開路報警;
•氣、水欠壓報警.
d)自動計時功能:既自動累計實際試驗時間及記憶開始試驗的日期,亦自動記錄由于“三斷"而中斷試驗的時間和日期。
e)豐富的顯示內容:設定溫度和實際溫度顯示;試驗開始及結束日期顯示;中途停機日期顯示;累計試驗時間顯示;故障顯示。
