[intended use]

This product is used for qualitative detection of barbiturates (BAR) in urine. Applicable to drug control system, drug rehabilitation center, screening, screening depot entry exit inspection and quarantine etc..

The use of colloidal gold immunochromatography detection zone on nitrocellulose membrane (T line) and a control region (line C) coated BAR-BSA conjugates don't dispose of and Goat anti mouse IgG polyclonal antibody, in combination with mat containing BAR antibody gold markers, using competitive inhibition principle, qualitative detection of urine in barbital. No matter in the presence of barbital in urine, a purple band appears in the control area (C line), purple bands is to determine whether there is sufficient urine, chromatography process meets the normal standard, as well as internal standard reagent.
