【什么是質控品】

1. 質控品的來源： 
  質控品的來源同校準品大致相同，廠商可能會更具自己的要求添加了很多物質，此時有些物質的添加量常常達到病理狀態的高濃度，在應用于某一項目時，對這個項目來說基質效應將更大。

2. 定值方法： 
  有些廠商會給自己的標準品定一個定值范圍，這個定值范圍是由廠商聯合幾家使用同樣檢測系統的臨床用戶，僅多次測定得出的均值。此時如果將該質控品應用于另一個檢測系統，由于方法學的不同，可能得出同廠商給出值有較大差異的值。此時不能認為該檢測系統的準確度不佳。此時需要強調的是檢測系統都是用來測定新鮮血清的，不是用來測定質控品或其他物質的。檢測系統只有在檢測新鮮血清是得出的結果才具有溯源性。不同檢測系統之間只有在檢測新鮮血清時才具可比性。

先天性弓形蟲病的臨床表現復雜。多數嬰兒出生時可無癥狀，其中部分于出生后數月或數年發生視網膜脈絡膜炎、斜視、失明、癲癇、精神運動或智力遲鈍等。下列不同組合的臨床表現：視網膜脈絡膜炎、腦積水、小頭畸形、無腦兒、顱內鈣化等應考慮本病可能。后天獲得性弓形蟲病病情輕重不一，免疫功能正常的宿主可表現急性淋巴結炎zui為多見，約占%。免疫缺損者如艾滋病、、惡性腫瘤（主要為霍杰金病等）常有顯著全身癥狀，如高熱、斑丘疹、肌痛、關節痛、頭痛、嘔吐、譫妄，并發生腦炎、心肌炎、肺炎、肝炎、胃腸炎等。眼弓形蟲病多數為先天性，后天所見者可能為先天潛在病灶活性所致。臨床上有視力模糊、盲點、怕光、疼痛、淚溢、中心性視力缺失等，很少有全身癥狀。炎癥消退后視力改善，但常不*恢復?？捎胁Ａw混濁。檢查.病原學檢查將可疑病畜或死亡動物的組織或體液，做涂片、壓片或切片，甲醇固定后，作瑞氏或姬氏染色鏡檢可找到弓形蟲滋養體或包囊。.用CR方法檢測特異性核酸.血清學診斷間接熒光抗體試驗、間接血凝抑制試驗、酶聯免疫吸附試驗和補體結合試驗檢測特異性IgM、IgG、IgA抗體或血清循環抗原。蟲的裂殖子( bradyzoites )會於貓的腸道壁內進行增殖，但通常都是無任何癥狀的，僅有少數病例會引發輕微下痢。
