2014年登革熱疫情范圍
廣州、佛山、中山、江門等市為登革熱疫情高風險地區。廣州市登革熱疫情已在12個區出現。
高風險地區主要集中在廣州市番禺區橋南街、蘿崗區永和街、海珠區江南中、黃埔區長洲街、白云區江高鎮、從化鰲頭鎮；佛山市南海區桂城街、里水和獅山、順德區大良街道五沙村、容桂街道朝陽居委、北滘鎮西滘村、陳村鎮的弼教村、赤花居委和仙涌村、樂從鎮的大羅村、勞村村和水藤村、杏壇鎮呂地居委；江門市蓬江區環市街怡福怡興苑；珠海市香洲區前山街道辦翠微居委會；中山市石岐康華社區、開發區的火炬職業技術學院和沙邊、沙溪鎮龍瑞社區、三鄉鎮平南。
天河區的珠江新城、天河北地區，登革熱病例數就并不算高。而越秀、荔灣這樣的老城區，登革熱病例稱得上是快速增長。白云區一些衛生條件相對較差的區域和廢舊工地周圍，病例數也是在呈爆炸級指數增長。
疾控中心統計數據顯示，在經歷了2011年僅30多例，2012年120多例的低流行趨勢后。2013年廣州芳村地區與佛山同時出現了登革熱高峰，但即便如此，2013年全年的病例數也只有1240例，形勢遠沒有2014年嚴峻，廣州已知的病例數就在5000例上下。
深圳
截至2014年9月25日，深圳共報告13例登革熱病例，其中11例為輸入性病例，兩例為本地感染病例，無重癥和死亡病例。
中國臺灣
2014年9月25日，中國臺灣省宜蘭縣縣內出現2014年*本土性登革熱個案，衛生與環保單位已展開疫情監測與加強消毒工作。宜蘭縣表示，24日接獲“衛生福利部疾病管制署”通知，宜蘭縣出現2014年*本土性登革熱個案，患者是居住在羅東的1名男子。
廣西
廣西壯族自治區衛生和計劃生育委員會2014年10月13日中午通報，截至10月12日24時，廣西共報告登革熱453例，暫無死亡病例報告。其中，南寧、梧州兩市報告有本地病例，其余市為輸入性病例
