The exceptionally stable timebase and 2.5GHz trigger circuits give highly respeatable and accurate results as needed by today$$$s engineers for circuit or device characterization and modeling. The Agilent HP 54750A has a bandwidth of up to 50GHz depending on plug-in (not included).
The 20-GHz or 50-GHz bandwidth and the low-noise specifications allow very precise measurements on low-level, high-speed signals. Timebase stability, accuracy, and resolution allow characterization of jitter in the most demanding applications.
