多發(fā)性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,MM)是一種血液系統(tǒng)常見的惡性腫瘤,是以骨髓中異??寺{細胞為特征的血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤,約占血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤的10%。多發(fā)性骨髓瘤常伴有多發(fā)性溶骨性損害、高鈣血癥、貧血、急性腎損傷,而且對細菌性感染的易感性增高,正常免疫球蛋白的生成受到抑制。多發(fā)性骨髓瘤目前仍無法治愈,復發(fā)和難治是主要的臨床問題。
2022年2月20日,南京中醫(yī)藥大學醫(yī)學院整合醫(yī)學學院楊燁教授和顧春艷教授團隊在國際學術期刊《Clinical and Translational Medicine》(IF: 11.492)上發(fā)表了一篇題為《Splicing factor arginine/serine-rich 8 promotes multiple myeloma malignancy and bone lesion through alternative splicing of CACYBP and exosome-based cellular communication》的研究論文。
該團隊發(fā)現在多發(fā)性骨髓瘤(MM)樣本中,SFRS8表達明顯上調,并且可在體內外促進MM細胞增殖。SFRS8 通過介導CACYBP的可變剪接體,從而改變β-catenin的泛素化降解以促進 MM 進展。本研究表明SFRS8/CACYBP/β-catenin軸或可作為靶向治療多發(fā)性骨髓瘤的新策略。
