AccutaseTM is a cell detachment solution of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes. Useful for the routine detachment of cells from standard tissue culture plasticware and adhesion coated plasticware, including SmartPlasticTM. AccutaseTM does not contain mammalian or bacterial derived products or components derived from insect cells using the baculovirus system.

Formulation（配方）: AccutaseTM enzymes in Dulbecco's PBS （0.2 g/L KCl, 0.2 g/L KH2PO4, 8 g/L NaCl, and 1.15 g/L Na2HPO4） containing 0.5 mM EDTA·4Na and 3 mg/L Phenol Red.
Stability（溶解性）: Stable when stored at -20°C. Refer to lot expiration date. Recommended storage upon receipt is -20°C. After thawing, AccutaseTM may be stored for up to 2 months at 4°C. DO NOT STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
Procedure for Use（使用步驟）:

Procedure for Use（使用步驟）:
Thaw AccutaseTM at 37°C or room temperature.
Wash plate, flask or beads with sterile PBS.
Add AccutaseTM to culture dish or flask using aseptic procedures at 10 ml per 75-cm2 surface area.
Return culture to 37°C incubator and allow cells to detach 15 - 20 minutes.
Count cells and passage as usual; no additional washes or enzyme inhibitors are required.
