Kaushik Banerjee has widely published in peer-reviewed journals and offered numerous presentations in international meetings and conferences around the world.

His current area of research predominantly focuses on the development of LC-MS and GC-MS based residue analysis methods for the estimation and management of food and environmental contaminants. He has recently expanded his scope of research to mass spectrometry based plant metabolomics.
