Echelon’s ExoClean – EV Purification Kit and ExoTracker kits為標記和純化外顯體和細胞外囊泡（EV）提供了一個簡單可靠的系統。（1）The ExoClean – EV Purification Kit (貨號：K-4300a   )通過將沉淀試劑與微離心柱配對，取代了與基于超離心的純化相關的時間和設備成本，此外可以去除與其他沉淀技術相關的有害污染物。

操作流程：

1：Collect EV sample

2：Centrifuge at 2000g for 10 min to remove any debris or cells.

3：Transfer supernatant and precipitate cleared sample with-K4301 for 30 minutes at room temperature with mixing

4：Centrifuge precipitated sample at 1500g for 30 minutes at room temperature.

5：Discard the supernatant fraction and resuspend the precipitated pellet in 1x PBS.

6：Apply the resuspended pellet to the equilibrated K-SPINcolumn and incubate for 5 minutes at room temperature.

7：Centrifuge the column at 500g for 30 seconds at room temperature.

8：Collect and examine the eluted, purified EVs.
