B細胞淋巴瘤是B細胞發生的實體腫瘤。包括霍奇金淋巴瘤和非霍奇金淋巴瘤。其分型眾多，經典霍奇金淋巴瘤和結節性淋巴細胞為主型霍奇金淋巴瘤，現在被認為是起源于B細胞的腫瘤。彌漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤、濾泡性淋巴瘤、黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤（MALT）、小淋巴細胞淋巴瘤/慢性淋巴細胞白血病、套細胞淋巴瘤（MCL）5種B細胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤zui為常見，占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的3/4。B細胞淋巴瘤的預后和治療取決于淋巴瘤的具體類型以及分期分級。

臨床意義
臨床資料顯示，CCP抗體對RA具有相當高的特異性和敏感性（68%~75%），即使是RA早期患者，敏感度也有40%~60%。還有學者認為，CCP抗體不僅是RA早期診斷指標，而且是鑒別侵蝕性、非侵蝕性RA的靈敏指標，CCP抗體陽性者通常出現或易發展成較抗體陰性者更嚴重的關節骨質破壞。但也有數個研究報道顯示CCP抗體對RA的敏感度在40%~50%，不及RF，聯合檢測RF和CCP抗體，將明顯提高診斷的敏感度。
雖然抗CCP抗體在RA發病的致病機制尚未闡明，但作為疾病的早期診斷和進展標記顯示了較好的前景。抗CCP抗體主要為IgG類抗體，對RA的特異性約為96%，在RA的早期階段即可出現陽性，并且具有很高的陽性預報道。Mediwake R等對已有關節損傷的SLE和RA患者分別進行了anti-RA33和抗CCP抗體的測定，結果也顯示了抗CCP抗體僅在RA中有較高的陽性，可從損傷性關節炎患者中區分出來。另外，有一些報道認為，抗CCP抗體作為RA的靈敏標志物，有能力區分損傷性和非損傷性關節疾病。但Bas S等提出了不同的觀點，通過他們的臨床試驗，認為抗CCP抗體是RA早期診斷的特異性指標，而RF可作為疾病損傷嚴重性的較好的標記物。因此，聯合檢測抗CCP抗體和RF對RA的診斷及預后有很大的意義。抗CCP抗體除早期診斷RA外，對疾病的預后評估也有重要意義。在已確診的RA患者中，抗CCP抗體陽性者較陰性者更易發展為多關節損傷。Kroot EJJA等通過對數百例發病1年以內的RA患者進行了1～6年的隨訪，通過對疾病活動評分、健康評估問卷以及影像學評分的連續觀察，抗CCP抗體陽性的RA病人骨破壞較陰性者嚴重。

Clinical significance
Clinical data show that CCP antibodies have a high specificity and sensitivity to RA (68% -75%), even in patients with early stage RA, sensitivity is 40% -60%. Anti-CCP antibodies in addition to the early diagnosis of RA, the prognosis of the disease is also important to assess. Among the confirmed RA patients, anti-CCP antibody positive patients develop more multi-joint injury than the negative ones. Kroot EJJA and other hundreds of cases of onset within 1 year of RA patients were followed up for 1 to 6 years, through the disease activity scores, health assessment questionnaires and imaging scores of continuous observation, anti-CCP antibody-positive RA patients with bone destruction More serious than negative.
