Cytokeratin 19(細胞角蛋白19)

該抗體能識別40KDa的多肽角蛋白19，能與含有CK19的MCF-7細胞反應，不含 CK19的A431 細胞和HeLa 細胞不與其發生反應。CK19在肝細胞中不表達，因此，該抗體可用于肝臟轉移性腫瘤的研究。
細胞角蛋白19 （CYFRA21-1）細胞角蛋白是細胞體的中間絲，根據其分子量和等電點不同可分為20種不同類型，其中細胞角蛋白19在肺癌診斷中有很大價值，是非小細胞肺癌的重要標志物，其為一種相對分子量40 000、等電點5.2的酸性蛋白，主要分布在單層和假復層上皮細胞。在肺癌的血清濃度閾值為2.2 μg/L，其敏感性、特異性及準確性分別為57.7%、91.9%和64.9%。從組織學角度看，鱗癌的敏感性 (76．5%)較腺癌(47．8%)為高，也高于SCC對兩者的診斷率。細胞角蛋白19與CEA聯合應用，診斷非小細胞肺癌符合率已可達到78%。在宮頸癌、膀胱癌、乳腺癌也有一定的陽性率，有報道稱33%的慢性腎功能衰竭患者CYFRA21-1升高。

This antibody recognizes the 40KDa polypeptide keratin 19 and reacts with CK19-containing MCF-7 cells without reaction of CK19-deficient A431 cells and HeLa cells. CK19 is not expressed in hepatocytes, therefore, the antibody can be used for the study of liver metastatic tumors.
Cytokeratin 19 (CYFRA21-1) Cytokeratin is an intermediate filament of a cell body. According to its molecular weight and isoelectric point, it can be divided into 20 different types. Cytokeratin 19 is of great value in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Small cell lung cancer is an important marker, which is a relative molecular weight of 40 000, the isoelectric point of 5.2 acidic protein, mainly in monolayer and pseudostratified epithelial cells. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the serum concentration threshold of 2.2 μg / L for lung cancer were 57.7%, 91.9% and 64.9%, respectively. Histologically, the sensitivity of squamous cell carcinoma (76.5%) was higher than that of adenocarcinoma (47.8%) and higher than that of SCC. Cytokeratin 19 in combination with CEA, diagnostic accuracy of non-small cell lung cancer has reached 78%. In cervical cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer have a certain positive rate, it has been reported in 33% of patients with chronic renal failure CYFRA21-1 increased.
