【預期用途】
用于體外診斷。諾如病毒抗原快速檢測試劑卡（免疫層析法）是用免疫層析的方法快速定性
測定人糞便樣本中，基因1型（GGI）和基因2型（GGII）的諾如病毒。該試劑可以協(xié)助診斷胃腸
炎，分析有疑似諾如病毒胃腸炎癥狀的兒童和成人的糞便樣本。
【檢驗原理】
諾如病毒抗原快速檢測試劑卡（免疫層析法）為快速、多步法側流免疫層析檢測，應用了抗
諾如病毒抗原的單克隆抗體。在加樣孔旁的反應窗內(nèi)，有兩條包被了固定抗體的平行線。檢測線（T）包含了抗諾如病毒抗原的抗體。質(zhì)控線C包含了抗鼠IgG的抗體。酶標記物1包含了生物素化的抗諾如病毒抗原的抗體，酶標記物2是由結合了辣根過氧化物酶的鏈霉菌抗生物素蛋白組成。檢測過程中，先從已經(jīng)準備好的糞便樣本懸濁液中，吸取一定量的上清液，與一定量的酶標記物1混合，加入檢測卡較小的窗口中（加樣孔）。經(jīng)過室溫下10 分鐘的孵育后，樣本和酶標記物混合液被檢測膜吸收，并在過濾片上移動。在這個過程中，諾如病毒陽性標本中的抗原-酶標記物復合物，與檢測線上固定的抗諾如病毒抗體結合，沒有結合抗原的生物素化的抗體則結合在質(zhì)控線上。之后加入酶標記物2，在室溫下孵育1 分鐘，結合了過氧化物酶的鏈霉菌抗生物素，與通過特異性抗體而固定在膜上的生物素結合。
在反應窗加入洗液，洗掉沒有結合的過氧化物酶。如果測試為諾如病毒陽性，加入底物后三
分鐘，在檢測線（T）上就會出現(xiàn)藍線，同時質(zhì)控線（C）上也會出現(xiàn)藍線。如果質(zhì)控線沒有變藍，說明這次檢測的操作存在問題，結果不可以用于診斷。
