Resected human fetal brain tissue was placed into ice cold DMEM/F-12 with penicillin/streptomycin for further dissection. The tissue was cut into small pieces and trypsinized （0.02 mg/ml trypsin in versene （Invitrogen） at 37 °C for 10 min.
